Beautysol Return Policy
At Beautysol, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please carefully review the following guidelines regarding our return and refund process:
Return and Refund Processing:
Orders are eligible for return or refund processing within 30 working days from the date of purchase.
Customers can initiate a return complaint through our website or by contacting our official customer service number.
Product Eligibility:
The returning product must have a minimum of 75% of the material left inside the original packaging.
Beautysol will not be held responsible if products are used on damaged skin or not applied as prescribed.
Required Documentation:
Customers must provide the original receipt of payment, whether it’s through bank transfer, Jazz Cash, or Easy Paisa.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Complaint Guidelines:
A return complaint will not be entertained without a valid invoice number or invoice.
Products with any signs of damage or opened seals will not be eligible for return.
No deductions, except for the delivery charge, will be applied to the actual amount paid by the customer.
Exchange Orders:
Customers are responsible for covering the delivery charges associated with exchange orders.
In the case of a return order, the company will process the refund within 30 days after deducting the shipping cost.
